A beautiful vintage original genuine Omega Chronometer Automatic Constellation mens watch in excellent condition from the 1960s (most likely 1961). The watch movement is an automatic date with the case, bezel, lugs in 18K solid gold with approx 35 x 43 mm diameter, cal 550 (or 561). The bracelet is an authentic omega leather crocodile skin band. The dial is gold in color with thick black and gold color thin hour markers (as does the hands), the calander window has a nice bold gold color surrounding, the omega symbol, omega writing and star are all embossed in gold color, whereas the remaining is written in a flat black color. Has been fully serviced (and restored cosmetically), in fully working mechanical condition by our renown watchmaker so the movement and timing work as expected. The watch style is classic and contemporary at the same time, and "heavy" as its 18K Gold. Case Back: Original, Gold with Logo, Polished, crown also has original Omega logo, crystal is plastic. Fits up to approx 21cm Wrist. Lug to lug approx 2cm, Size: 35 X 43 mm (Without Crown). Watch comes with an Omega box and is 100% authentic (refer to URL and inscriptions on case). No guarantee of waterproofing, its a dress watch you shouldn't be swimming in it anyway!

Very good to Excellent condition, the band is brand new and authentic. The crystal has no scratches and is in excellent condition so is clear to see the dial and face. The face is noticeable clear no spots, scratches and no discoloration cosmetically, some of the writing on the letters on the word Constellation and Officially have slight discoloration not in solid black (not noticeable only on zoom however refer to pictures and close ups). The face has been restored and polished as has the case so this looks as good as new however small imperfections and very light marks. A perfect example of a fully restored watch, regretful sale as we would love to keep it as part of our collection.
