Hand wind dress watch genuine vintage rare Tudor 1940s fully mechanically restored watch. Does not come with original box or papers however refer to rear casing for authenticity and comes with all original parts as noted by our renown watchmaker. Has a new brown authentic leather band to match the lovely gold color face and is an ideal dress/dining watch.

This Gold filled front, stainless steel bacl cased Tudor (by Rolex) is in excellent condition for 80 years history. It has recently been fully serviced, and is keeping time within a few seconds per day. Refer to rear casing and movement for authenticity. It does however have a personalisation on the back with reads "charles with love from isabella 1.4.49".

The dial is in good condition and it has a small seconds subdial. Has "Tudor" and the small Tudor rose of the dial. Applied gold coloured Arabic markers. New brown leather 16mm strap fitted. Acyrlic glass in great condition - no cracks.

The Tudor, as presented here is in very good to excellent cosmetic condition. Plexiglass and dial is very clean with a slight marks around the perimeter hardly noticeable. Given its from the 40s there are small wear and scratches but overall my watchmaker mentioned the cosmetic condition was excellent given its age.

My watchmaker serviced this and polished perspex glass, cleaned band etc
