In short we wont rip you off on delivery costs but as you can understand our products are different sizes, shapes and weights + where you live plays a big factor. As such contact us to give you a firm price on shipping.

Shipping Policy

Following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy

If you do not contact us then your postage is automatically calculated when you put in your details (address = shipping/postage address so make sure that is correct). We will gladly refund you any costs if the postage difference is large after all our postage, insurance and handling costs. Refer to the below for more detail:

Shipping classes:

Your item will be shipped based on a small, med or large parcel option which has an associated rate for this which entirely depends on your location within Australia or Worldwide. 

• Small parcel (estimated): 100gms – 5kgs (10cm x 10cm x 10cm)
• Medium parcel (estimated): 6 to 11kgs (30cm x 30cm x 30cm)
• Large parcel (estimated): 12 to 22kgs (50cm x 50cm x 50cm) + other dimensions (TBC)

For example posting a 5kg box east coast of Australia is cheaper then west coast of Australia or posting an item to States is cheaper then posting to Brazil. If there is a large discrepancy (either way) we will either refund you (med or large parcels only) the delta (after all postage, insurance and handling costs) or may require you to put additional money towards postage (reviewed on checkout -> applicable to med and large parcels only)

Within Australia:

• Small parcel: $15 (east coast), $29 (west coast)
• Medium parcel: $49 (east coast), $69 (west coast)
• Large parcel: $99+ (east coast), $149+ (west coast)
• Option for pickup from Port Melb (you will need to pay in full prior to pickup)
• For all amounts you will be charged flat fee as above (large items will be subject to review post payment and checkout)
• For Large and Heavy parcels you can arrange your own transport/courier, we will be happy to work with you and your chosen transport/courier company once you have organised this on your end

Worldwide:

• Small parcel: up to $49 
• Medium parcel: $149 
• Large parcel:  $400+
• International (if applicable): calculated depending on location (Fixed based on parcel size these are fixed however will be reviewed on checkout or contact us)
• For Large and Heavy parcels you can arrange your own international transport/courier, we will be happy to work with you and your chosen transport/courier company once you have organised this on your end
