One beautifully restored authentic Parker 107 dining chair, this can be used in conjunction with another set or look beautiful by itself on its own in the corner. The blackwood frame comes with a black vinyl leather seat, with the frames very good condition with minor marks throughout. The black vinyl is as new with no damage however refer to pictures and cosmetic condition desciption. The front of the spade has delamination on front as such you are able to see the two spots where the spades are joined however they still present very well as all the wood has been sanded and waxed oil several times. This rare and beautiful piece is part of the Parker range from the 1960s. This has been restored (new black leather -> vinyl and lathered in danish oil at the end for that Scandinavian look and feel. There is further printed fabric underneath the black vinyl (black and white print pattern) is underneath the vinyl.

Genuine Parker furniture is getting rarer by the day get yourself a piece of Australian history. An excellent addition to any Collector's living area.

Cosmetic Condition:

This has been restored (with all marks and chips being filled with the closest color to the wax color), then sanded several times of different grits, in between several layers of oil based wax for longer durable wear. The front of the chair (the spade) has delimaniation this means the original veneer has worn away as such you are able to see the two dots on each side of the dowel spade, however it looks natural and blends in nicely with the blackwood, has been sanded and oil waxed 3 times with different grits. Please note that all gaps filled will show areas of difference between wood grain and puddy, however these are only noticeable on close inspection and blends in nicely with oil and wax color.

Functional Condition:
9/10:
No issues, no gluing, solid as a rock, no wobbles and sits flat. Do not rock back/amounts of weight on these chairs (above 100kgs ) as these are suppose to sit flat not to be rocked or leaned back on. Note felt underneath maybe used to balance/flat/sturdiness
