Cushions & fabric: original fabric and foam very comfortable to sit on. Soft to med sit has been vacuumed and dry cleaned, and has very minimal wear, minimal sunspots and fading

Expected for a 50+year old couch set.

Excellent, functionally no wobbles or warping. No cracks sturdy and strong, these are super comfy if you like a soft to med sit. There is an option to get firmer/new foam to increase the density
