An original rare Featherston lip coffee table from the 1960s. This lovely vintage teak timber table is in excellent condition via a full restoration. This Australian MCM coffee table features a long rectangle thin tapered top in a lovely golden brown shellac semi gloss finish. This has been restored and had several coats of Shellac and fully sanding in between for that Danish and Scandinavian look and feel. Excellent condition for its age from the 60s. Would be an excellent addition to any Collector's living, dining, or bedroom area

This has been fully restored (with all marks and chips being filled with the closest colour to the wax colour), sanded several times of different grits, in between several layers of shellac for longer durable wear. There are two small darker marks (burn mark and dint) however it blends in nicely and gives the table character.

Please note that all gaps filled will show areas of difference between wood grain and putty, however these are only noticeable on close inspection and blends in nicely with the shellac a golden semi-gloss teak yellow/brown look.
Functional Condition:

Excellent, functionally no wobbles or warping in the wood, does not rock, no structural damage evident, sturdy as she can get. We would rate this out of 10 but alas a 10 means its new and showroom condition
