The JT Kalmar chandelier’s distinctive feature is the six-lobed shape of each hand-blown glass tubes over two main tiers (and "six groups"). We have two of these lovely chandeliers and come with 5 x 3k LED warm white globes illuminating a lovely colour through the glass tubes. The glasses are "stuck together" in 6 individual ices vertically over two main tiers. These lovely and unique chandelier's are quite rare from the 1970s original made by JT Kalmar with a unique design circling around the chandelier in either a brass or aluminium pole and fittings (in gold colour).

Some of the tubes have slight imperfections in the glass tubes given its age, extra care must be taken when reassembling these. The colour of the brass (or aluminium) is still in tact (golden) however also slight fading has occurred over the years, albeit an excellent edition to the roof where these small imperfections cannot be seen

Functional Condition:

All wiring and light bulbs work perfectly and have had them wired by an electrician. However you will need a qualified (and provide you a certificate) to get these installed into your home (if you are based in Melbourne we have one that can do this for you). Additionally as these are very heavy (50kgs+) we recommend these are fitted to a roof with extra support/studs etc. Note: We are not responsible for the installation of these lights, you must get a qualified electrician and provide you a certificate once installed
