A beautifully fully restored Parker console table, with original mirror and sitting stool. From the 1960s these were used as dresser tables where women would look in the "vanity mirror" and comb their hair, make up, dress up. You can still use this for that purpose but most people use this as a writing desk or hallway entrance table. The lovely curved handles are a trademark of Parker furniture as is the lovely golden brown teak wood and suspect blackwood legs. This has been fully restored back to its natural glory, along with a clean mirror and very comfortable matching stool in purple velvet from Zepel fabrics (can change fabric at additional cost).

This table is authentic Parker pieces getting rarer by the day get yourself a piece of Australian history, an excellent addition to any Collector's living area. Originally we bought this to keep it as part of our private collection but alas if we had that attitude then we would have no room in our house. So regretful sell, these are getting rarer by the day, haven't seen one in a while.

Excellent to mint condition for its age from the 60s with very minor scratches on the legs and possibly the console consistent with age however most of these have been sanded and blended in with our natural oil based wax. The fabric on the stool is velour and wool blend and has been cleaned and is almost in showroom condition. No rips, scratches, holes or dents (legs or fabric) once again consistent with age

Functional Condition:

9/10
Excellent, functionally no wobbles or warping in the wood. No cracks sturdy and strong, the bolts and screws up the top have been tightened as the new fabric was upholstered. The drawers open and closely freely
