Pre order means it is under restoration and the pictures shown is either pre restored or ones we have completed one in the past that shows it fully restored so you can see the style and look of the item. Pre order also means you can't come into the store and try it as it's most likely disassembled or going under restoration - however we may have it available for viewing - Please contact us before purchasing. Danish Deluxe was founded in Melbourne in the 1950s and is responsible for designing and manufacturing high-end Danish styled furniture with an Australian twist

Available is the Inga low back armchair/a (or multiple as price is per chair) that has been fully restored, with no time or expense spent having it look as new as possible. Full restoration includes all loose joints glue, clamped and secured, new original Pirelli webbing (like the original design from 60s), choose your own fabric (add price of fabric 3.25m required), wood/legs/frame sanded several times and finished with several layers of oil wax for that lovely blackwood and teak look. The foam is also new with a med-firm seat and med on the back, lovely to sit.

Danish Deluxe is getting rarer by the day get yourself a piece of Australian history. This furniture would be an excellent addition to any Collector's living area.

Very good to Excellent condition this has been fully restored (any marks and/or chips being filled with the closest colour to the stain or wax colour), then sanded several times of different grits, in between several layers of oil based wax for longer durable wear.

Stripped back to bare wood, all loose joints reglued, springs either redone or as-is given stability and strength remained, new Pirelli webbing on the armchairs and is super comfortable to sit on. Excellent, functionally no wobbles or warping in the wood, joints sturdy as is the seating which is very comfy as sturdy as you can get.
