The ever so resilient foam has retained its shape and is super comfortable to sit on if you like a soft to med firm sit. There are no cracks on the frame or foam was rarely used by the owner used it as a feature piece. When you sit in this chair...its hugs you given the amount of cushions/thick padding. The feel of it is def more soft than medium with a slight sinking feeling although the webbing is firm.
