Rare Parker low line wraparound armchair genuine 1960s restored MCM 

Product Description Full:
A genuine and extremely rare 1960s parker low back "wrap around" armchair with rattan back. The beautiful blackwood has colors/mix of gold and mainly darker brown throughout, featuring a mint rattan back (no rips or tears), original earthy brown fabric is a woollen cotton blend (which is rare in this condition and original), new webbing, and restored with a light sand, our home brewed danish oil followed by a oil wax sealant for durability and extra protection. The actual original fabric is brown (featured) which also looks and feels amazing but we can swap this for the featured pictured orange fabric if required. 

Please note there is an option to reupholster to new fabric/color of your choice included in this price.

This rare and beautiful piece is part of the Parker range from the 1960s. Genuine Parker furniture is getting rarer by the day get yourself a piece of Australian history. An excellent addition to any Collector's living area.

This only required a light restoration as it was in excellent condition, obvioulsy there are a few marks here and there on the legs but did not warrant a full restoration (complete sand back) as the blackwood, armrests and color is in amazing condition.

Functional Condition:
9/10
Excellent, functionally no wobbles or warping in the wood, does not rock, no structural damage evident, sturdy as she can get.
