Restoration of Eames chair Herman Miller model shock mount repair

Restoration services for this item include:

Scope of works:
Full Restoration (Gold Service) on the timber frame/mount fix only X 2
1. Single Charles Eames armchair (TBC replica or original)

2. Install two new side x2 shock mount onto frame and secure back

3. Pickup and delivery including secure shrink wrapping

Out of scope:

5. MAJOR structural work e.g large or minor cracks in timber frame

6. Everything else like cushions, leather, timber etc (this is only shock mount replacement)

7. You've opted for only repairing 2 mounts only (excludes the other 2 mounts however we will inspect and provide recommendation if needed eg glue on-top/sides of existing ones)

Terms and conditions:

1. We use high quality neoprone mounts to secure in the same or very similar position to existing, using high quality marine grade epoxy glue
2. Although we use high quality mounts we cannot guarantee that the mount repairs will withstand pressure and weight requirements beyond the specified Eames chair eg above 100kg weight. Furthermore if you provide us with a replica (not a Herman Miller model) then we definitely cannot guarantee these will withstand any high pressure or weight given the quality of the timber (being replica) may be substandard. In short we can't guarantee our work on replica chairs (we actually don't work on them at all but we won't know if it's real or replica until we receive it unless you have alerted us that it's an original with tag or stamp etc)
