Restoration of Parker dining table, art deco sideboard two armchairs

Scope of works:

One Parker Ieaf extendable dining table 1960s

Two mid century armchairs 

One art deco sideboard 

Full restoration including:

1) strip of all timber areas (all three items)

2) sand X 2 up to 240 grit including veneer work or patch fixing minor only 

3) osmo natural oil wax finish satin (note the existing finish is a lacquer in satin). Option in honey or amber tint or natural finish only (we will show you prior to refinishing) for the table and chairs. The sideboard we can go through natural or other darker tints as options 

4) full upholstery on the armchairs including new foam on back and bottom, webbing etc this is a full restore

5) complimentary pickup and drop-off (value of $200)

6) clean and polish the metal work on the sideboard around the glass

7) all minor and medium structural work on a lol three items 

Out of scope:

- cost of fabric need about 3m per chair (we will show you samples and provide cost estimated $20-$100 P/m

- everything else is out of scope 

- any broken glass on sideboard doors

- large or very big breaks or structural works (highly unlikely but will inspect on arrival)

Time to complete & deliver:

3rd week of May

Best case:

Worst case: 8 weeks

Most likely:

4 weeks

We only commence work based on those timeframes only once deposit has been made - if there is a delay in deposit then we have the right to move this date especially if we get other customer orders in between as you can understand.
