A bespoke sideboard made in Melbourne Australia circa 1960-1970s, a beautiful mid-century decorative piece made by furniture artisan Rudowski. Like Zoureff and Rosando Furniture Rudowski is one of the mid-century modern makers as a "Tier 1" Australian maker his furniture rarely comes to market and is highly collectable. Many of his Melbourne clients were mid-century modernist architects and designers.

This is one of our Holy Grail products...a one off, bespoke and very rare item. It has multiple uses (it has 2 speakers underneath down the bottom that can be linked to any amplifier -> this was linked to another sideboard in another room that had turtable and amplifier...truly bespoke) however this sideboard features 6 very unique designs on each doors also acts as an art piece in any room and most importantly the wow factor. It also has 5 cutlery drawers on the far right with unique clove looking handles. If you want to make a statement in your house or room this is it. We believe its teak or blackwood timber, lovely wood design/intricate detail on the front with the handles and obviously is very long, large and heavy a sign of high quality make that you cant get these days...it's really something else.

Cosmetic Condition:

9/10 The previous owners were fastidious and kept this in excellent condition, obviously from MCM era there is very minor signs of wear, however we have restored as best as possible with a good thorough clean (no need to sand and fully restored as such it underwent a light Danish oil restoration)

Functional Condition:

9/10
Excellent, functionally no wobbles or warping in the wood, does not rock, no structural damage evident, sturdy as she can get. We would rate this out of 10 but alas a 10 means its new and showroom condition
